The Challenge
Africa is the world’s youngest continent, with over 60% of its population under 25. By 2035, it will contribute more youth to the global workforce than any other region — but opportunities aren’t keeping up. Despite these hurdles, we see Africa’s young people as the continent’s greatest asset — bold, capable, and ready for opportunity.
